Nickole Sparacia is a valuable addition to our Leadership Team, serving as Associate Broker. As President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® West Valley, Regional Vice President of her local association, a peer mentor for newer agents in our office, and team leader of The Sparacia Team, Nickole plays a variety of integral roles. Since joining the Toma Partners family at its inception in 2008, she has been a dedicated real estate professional.
Nickole also spearheads our commercial transactions at Century 21 Toma Partners, bringing strategic insight and a specialized commercial skill set to our award-winning Leadership Team. With entrepreneurial experience spanning three decades, she has successfully represented commercial buyers, sellers, and tenants across a wide range of asset types. By tailoring real estate strategies to each client’s operational and investment objectives, Nickole delivers informed, results-driven solutions. She is methodical, precise, and data-focused—presenting well-supported options that streamline decision-making in complex transactions. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, her level-headed approach ensures timely execution and optimal outcomes. Since establishing their real estate brokerage in 2008, Ani Toma has played a central role in shaping the vision, culture, and growth of Century 21 Toma Partners, all while raising five daughters and later welcoming a sixth “bonus daughter” into their family. Beginning her career at the brokerage in marketing, staging, recruiting, and coaching, Ani developed a deep understanding of every aspect of the business before advancing to the role of CEO.
Ani holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix and brings nearly three decades of experience in advertising and design. Her creative background has given her a strategic and differentiated perspective on brokerage leadership, branding, and market positioning. Prior to joining Century 21 Toma Partners full-time, she founded and led a successful design consulting firm and earned two Addy Awards in 2001. While her creative expertise defined her early career, Ani’s greatest strengths ultimately emerged in executive leadership, organizational development, and building high-performing teams.
As CEO, Ani has led significant company growth and transformation over the last ten years. Under her leadership, the brokerage has experienced a 400% increase in agent count, consistent year-over-year revenue growth, a #2 ranking among Century 21 offices in Arizona, and three consecutive Century 21 Centurion Office awards. She is deeply committed to maintaining the company’s reputation for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and a strong, family-oriented culture that supports both clients and agents.
Beyond the brokerage, Ani is actively involved in charitable and community initiatives. She serves as Ladies Ministry Director at her local church and supports organizations including Benita International Organization, Phoenix Inner-City Kids, Center for Arizona Policy, and Choices Pregnancy Center. In her personal time, Ani enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, reading, and most of all spending time with her daughters and family.
Ben Toma, Designated Broker/Owner
Ben's expertise and experience empower him to navigate complex situations with precision and focus. As the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Toma Partners, he provides astute oversight and discernment for the company, handling both Residential and Commercial transactions. Ben's profound understanding of statistics, market drivers, and local trends has been instrumental in Century 21 Toma Partners' success in various market situations.
Before founding Toma Partners in 2008, Ben dedicated a decade to developing and implementing analytical tools for a Fortune 100 company. In this role, he played a crucial part in tracking profitability, salesperson outcomes, and transaction volume. His analytical and diplomatic skills uniquely positioned him for public service, evident in his roles as a Legislator, Majority Leader, and Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ben exemplifies commitment to the welfare of others. His ongoing investments in the Benita Foundation, aimed at aiding orphaned children and impoverished families in Romania, alongside contributions to local charities, showcase his philanthropic spirit. Additionally, Ben serves as the music ministry leader at his local church.
For over two decades, Ben and his wife, Ani, have called the sunny West Valley of Arizona home, where they've raised their remarkable daughters.
Erica Morell, Operations Manager
Erica, a fourth-generation Arizona native, has a deep appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle of the Valley she has proudly called home her entire life. Having lived throughout the sunlit Phoenix area, she brings both local insight and a strong sense of community to everything she does.
Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and is also a licensed massage therapist. Her diverse professional background reflects a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and attention to detail. With more than a decade of experience as an office manager, gymnastics coach, and the founder of her own massage therapy practice in Scottsdale, Erica has developed exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage many moving pieces with precision and care.
At Toma Partners, Erica plays a vital role in keeping the entire operation running smoothly. Her ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and manage the countless details behind the scenes ensures that the team can serve clients at the highest level. Simply put, much of what gets done well at the company happens because Erica is there making sure it does. Her steady presence, efficiency, and commitment to excellence elevate the team’s daily workflow and make her an indispensable part of the organization.
Beyond her impressive capabilities, Erica is known for the warmth and positivity she brings to the workplace each day. With a constant smile and a joyful attitude, she approaches every task with genuine care, dedication, and pride in her work.
While she finds great fulfillment in her professional role, Erica’s greatest priority is her family and home. She and her husband, Michael, are proud parents of two beautiful children, and together they treasure time spent creating lasting memories. As a family, they share a love of travel and embrace every opportunity to explore, learn, and experience life together.
Benita Toma, Marketing/Staging Director
Benita is the eldest of Ben and Ani’s five daughters and has been an integral part of CENTURY 21 Toma Partners since its earliest days. Growing up alongside the business, she developed a deep understanding of the team’s mission, culture, and commitment to exceptional client service.
Over the years, Benita has contributed to the company in numerous roles, steadily building her experience and expertise. Today, she serves as the Marketing & Staging Director for CENTURY 21 Toma Partners, where she oversees the company’s social media presence and leads its brand marketing strategy. With a talent for storytelling and a strong creative vision, Benita showcases the team’s work in engaging ways that highlight the unique character of every home and the meaningful stories behind each client relationship.
In addition to her marketing leadership, Benita personally stages many of the homes listed by the team. Her natural eye for design, combined with a thoughtful attention to detail, allows her to transform spaces into warm, inviting environments that help buyers envision themselves living there. She believes that the right presentation can elevate a house into a home and play a pivotal role in creating a lasting first impression.
Benita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Arizona State University and is also a middle school science teacher. Her background reflects a distinctive blend of creativity, curiosity, and analytical thinking. Bringing both a scientist’s mindset and an artist’s eye to her work, Benita adds a dynamic and innovative perspective to the CENTURY 21 Toma Partners team.
