Being an Arizona native provides Nickole with a unique advantage in assisting clients in finding the best areas of town to meet their needs, showcasing her unparalleled attention to detail. Married for 24 years to a wonderfully supportive husband, Nickole treasures her extensive family, spending most of her free time with them. Ben's profound understanding of statistics, market drivers, and local trends has been instrumental in Century 21 Toma Partners' success in various market situations.
Before founding Toma Partners in 2008, Ben dedicated a decade to developing and implementing analytical tools for a Fortune 100 company. In this role, he played a crucial part in tracking profitability, salesperson outcomes, and transaction volume. His analytical and diplomatic skills uniquely positioned him for public service, evident in his roles as a Legislator, Majority Leader, and Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ben exemplifies commitment to the welfare of others. His ongoing investments in the Benita Foundation, aimed at aiding orphaned children and impoverished families in Romania, alongside contributions to local charities, showcase his philanthropic spirit. Additionally, Ben serves as the music ministry leader at his local church.
For over two decades, Ben and his wife, Ani, have called the sunny West Valley of Arizona home, where they've raised their remarkable daughters.
Erica Morell, Administrative Assistant
Erica, a fourth-generation Arizona native, has embraced the beauty of our state, residing throughout the sunlit Valley. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and is a licensed massage therapist. With over a decade of experience as an office manager, gymnastics coach, and the founder of her massage therapy practice in Scottsdale, Erica showcases her exceptional multitasking and detail-oriented abilities. Bringing her talents to the Toma team, she elevates the efficiency and workflow of our day-to-day operations. Erica's work is characterized by a constant smile, a joyful attitude, and a genuine application of her passion and attention to detail in every task.
While she finds fulfillment in her professional endeavors, Erica prioritizes her family and home. Proud parents to two beautiful children, Erica and her husband Michael cherish family moments and have a shared love for travel. Their journey together is filled with treasured experiences.
Ani Toma, CEO/Owner
Since the establishment of their real estate brokerage in 2008, Ben and Ani Toma have been partners in both business and family, diligently building their company while raising their five delightful daughters and most recently adding a sixth "bonus daughter" to the mix. Ani Toma's journey with Century 21 Toma Partners began with roles in marketing, staging, recruiting, and coaching/training, eventually propelling her to the position of CEO. With a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix and 25 years of experience in advertising/design, Ani possesses a unique and unconventional skill set for steering a real estate brokerage.
Before her current role, Ani successfully ran her own Design consulting business, earning two Addy Awards in 2001, showcasing her early prowess in design. Despite her artistic strengths, Ani discovered her true passion lay in coaching, team-building, and managing their family company.
Her leadership skills, refined through the challenges of raising five daughters, have translated into remarkable achievements for the company — from fostering a strong family culture to a 400% increase in agent count, substantial year-over-year revenue growth, securing the #2 spot for C21 Office in Arizona, and three consecutive years of earning the prestigious Centurion Office award.
As CEO, Ani ensures that Century 21 Toma Partners maintains its reputation for the highest level of customer service, commitment to excellence, and a distinctive family culture. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ani is actively involved in charitable causes, serving as Ladies Ministry Director at her local church and supporting global and local organizations such as the Benita International Organization, Phoenix Inner-City Kids, Center for AZ Policy, and Choices Pregnancy Center. In her leisure time, Ani finds joy in traveling, hiking, reading, and cherishing moments spent with Ben and their daughters.
